How to make the mix for legume soup

In a carefully cleaned glass jar put the first layer of red lentils and then the green ones.
Add the freeze-dried onion, then the paprika and then the salt.

At this point, put the peas and barley on them.
Cover with the freeze-dried parsley.

Your legume soup mix is ​​ready. Close the jar and store in the pantry.

To use the preparation for legume soup, proceed as follows:

Brown a clove of garlic in a saucepan with the oil.

Add the mixture for legume soup and stir to flavor.

Add the boiling water to cover everything and cook for about 30 minutes. Add more boiling water as it dries.
