Recipe Biscuits with buckwheat and cranberries of of 10-10-2013 [Updated on 13-07-2016]
Today's recipe is an improvisation from the other night, some biscuits prepared with a buckwheat residue and a sachet of dried red mirrtilli that I found in the pantry, I then added half of the brown sugar and I got some particularly delicious biscuits both for texture and flavor. This week is flowing away very fast, I have a new project that starts next week and I'm very anxious, I will have to make video recipes and this time it will not be Ivano who will recover, so the tension rises and the colitis suffers :) Okay, better do not think about it, now I run away, I throw myself back into my whirlwind of things to do, see you later: *
How to make biscuits with buckwheat and cranberries
Whip the margarine with the two types of sugar.
Add an egg.
Then put the 00 flour and the buckwheat flour, the yeast and the vanilla and knead until you get a soft and a little sticky dough.
Add the cranberries and let them distribute in the dough.
With your hands a little wet, take some pieces of dough and form balls that you will put on the baking sheet.
Bake the biscuits with buckwheat and cranberries at 180 ° and bake for 10/15 minutes, then let it cool and serve.
