How about delighting everyone today with a cold rice roll? Fresh but tasty, this roll can be prepared for a lunch or dinner, for a moment to share in the open area or at home, with family or friends. To do this, you need to cook the rice and let it cool while you prepare its filling of black olives, ham, cheese, corn, artichokes and mushrooms in oil, hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes and so on and so forth. Obviously if you do not like one of these ingredients you can always omit it or replace it with what you prefer most.

How to make cold rice roll
Boil the rice in plenty of boiling salted water, drain it al dente and pass it under cold running water.
Put it in a bowl and add a little oil, then gently shell it.
At the same time wash and boil the potato.
With a potato masher recover its pulp by adding it to the rice along with the salt.
Now prepare the filling. Wash and cut the tomatoes into cubes and hard-boiled eggs, then add them to the bowl.
At this point add diced cooked ham, olives, corn, artichokes and mushrooms in oil.
Now spread the rice on parchment paper brushed with a little oil.
Stuff the roll with the prepared ingredients and also add the drained tuna and diced Emmental.
With the help of parchment paper, form a roll, then seal everything well. Then transfer to the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Your cold rice roll is ready to be brought to the table.
