Savory pie with cheeses and porcini mushrooms

Recipe Salty pie with cheeses and porcini mushrooms of 09-02-2014 [Updated on 24-12-2015]

On this rainy Sunday I give you the recipe to prepare a cheesecake with porcini mushrooms, a simple and quick rustic that I made with some scraps of cheese that I had in the fridge. The heart shape for the savory pie was decided by Elisa, after telling her the story of Valentine's Day, she wanted to prepare a heart-shaped cake for her dad and it doesn't matter if it's salty, doesn't the thought count? My friends I have read about your outbursts under the latest recipes and I am very sorry for some events that you are experiencing, I would like to tell you that everything passes and that the sun will return to shine, but I do not know if it is so, but I wish you and meanwhile I hope that you have a good Sunday, a kiss; *

How to make the cheese and porcini savory pie

Roll out the puff pastry on a plane.

Line a greased heart mold or lined with baking paper with the pastry, then prick the pastry with the prongs of a fork.

Cut the cheeses into cubes and put them in a bowl.

Mix them, then put them on the pastry, turn the edge of the pastry inwards to create a string, brush with a little milk and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 180-200 ° C.

Meanwhile, brown the porcini mushrooms, previously softened in warm water and squeezed, in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil, then add salt and pepper.

When the cheese has melted (10-15 minutes), remove the savory pie from the oven and add the porcini mushrooms, then continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes.

Serve the quiche with cheese very hot otherwise the cheeses will tend to harden.
