How to make the cheese and porcini savory pie
Roll out the puff pastry on a plane.
Line a greased heart mold or lined with baking paper with the pastry, then prick the pastry with the prongs of a fork.
Cut the cheeses into cubes and put them in a bowl.
Mix them, then put them on the pastry, turn the edge of the pastry inwards to create a string, brush with a little milk and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 180-200 ° C.
Meanwhile, brown the porcini mushrooms, previously softened in warm water and squeezed, in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil, then add salt and pepper.
