Tortelli Carnival recipe from of 03-02-2016 [Updated on 25-01-2017]

The Carnival tortelli are a fried dessert typical of the Carnival period, typically Lombard. These are small balls of a paste similar to that for making cream puffs that are fried in spoonfuls and then passed in sugar.
They can be filled with cream or empty and I assure you that they are simply delicious.
After the chat, the damselfish and the pancakes, I was missing only these Carnival Tortelli to try and obviously at the first opportunity I remedied;)
So if you are looking for a quick and easy dessert to make to brighten up your table, this recipe may be for you. I say goodbye and I'm going to make myself a nice coffee, even if it would contain a chamomile given the beaten day I had today. Kisses to those who pass by!
