There apricot jam it is one of the most classic jams. Here is the recipe to prepare it with the Thermomix.
How to make apricot jam with the Thermomix
Wash the apricots well, open them to remove the stone, then cut each half into 2 parts.
Put them in the jug, add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice, mix for 30 sec., Speed. 1 counterclockwise, and let it rest for a couple of hours.
Pass 1-2 hours, cook for 30 min. at 100 °, vel. 1.
Test the plate to check the consistency: if necessary cook for another 5-10 min., Temp. Varoma, vel. 1 or 3, depending on whether you prefer a more or less smooth jam.
Immediately pour the jam into sterilized glass jars, close the lids, turn over and let cool.
When they have cooled you can put them back straight and keep them directly in the pantry.
