Rollò with wurstel recipe of 10-04-2014 [Updated on 13-06-2017]
The rollò with wurstel are a classic of the Sicilian rotisserie, they are wurstel wrapped in brioche dough, covered with sesame seeds and baked in the oven. I am in love with Sicilian cuisine, even if the last time I was there was 8 years ago, I always carry those smells and flavors with me, in a moment of nostalgia, I decided to prepare the rollò ai wurstel and bring once again a bit of Sicily on the table while waiting to come back, just the smell while they are still in the oven makes your mouth water. If you are also passionate about Palermitan rotisserie, try the recipe so tell me what you think, I wish you a good day and I'm going to knead something with Elisa, I promised her that this morning we would have cooked together and every promise must always be kept , especially with children;) Kiss kisses
