How to make vanilla cupcakes
Proceed as for the preparation of muffins, mixing the dry ingredients in one bowl (sugar, flour, yeast) and mixing the wet ones in another (melted butter, eggs, vanilla).
Combine the two compounds.
Mix by adding the milk until it forms a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
In a muffin mold insert a paper cup and fill it with the mixture obtained.
Bake the cupcakes at 180 ° C for 12-15 minutes, then take them out of the oven and let them cool.
Let's go now to prepare the buttercream to decorate the cupcakes.
In a blender mix the butter, milk, sugar and vanilla to form a smooth cream.
With a spatula cover the cupcakes with butter cream.
Decorate the cupcakes with sprinkles and serve.
