Pumpkin pancakes are another seasonal recipe, perfect for fall and of course for Halloween. I kept a fairly simple dough to fully savor the taste of pumpkin, but if you want you can add spices, such as ginger and cinnamon. I told you that this week would be completely dedicated to these festive sweets, which, although not part of our tradition, are liked by adults and children. How to make pumpkin pancakes

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and steam it for about ten minutes.

Once cooked, put the pumpkin in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

Then add milk, egg, flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

Knead until smooth, then pour a couple of spoonfuls into a lightly greased non-stick pan with a napkin soaked in seed oil, and start cooking over medium-low heat.

Once the dough is firm, turn the pancake and cook the second side as well.

Keep it up, gradually stacking the pancakes on a plate.

Draw Halloween smilies on the pancakes and serve.
