Recipe Ricotta and chocolate donuts by of 14-11-2011 [Updated on 20-06-2013]
Today's sweet is a reinterpretation of a recipe taken from the cookaround forum proposed by nightfire, I just changed the shape, from balls to donuts and I added 50 grams of butter to the dough to give more softness and I got some donuts with chocolate chips to be dipped in milk for breakfast. If you don't have a donut mold, you can make lots of balls (as the author of the recipe suggested) or make some donuts by hand by creating cords and tying them like donuts. Have a good week to those who pass by here and a good Monday dessert!
