Recipe Pasta with zucchini and clams of of 20-07-2014 [Updated on 29-08-2018]
Pasta with courgettes and clams is the first seafood dish that I propose for this Sunday lunch, a sauce that is prepared in a short time and that brings the flavor of summer to the table. Today I still do not know what to prepare for lunch and almost if I find good clams, fine linen with this recipe that all three like;)

How to make pasta with zucchini and clams
Put the clams in a bowl with water and salt for 1 hour
Peel the courgettes, grate them and collect them in a bowl
Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with a drizzle of oil, drain the clams and put in a pan then cover with a lid and cook until the valves open, then blend with the white wine and add the chopped parsley
Now keep the filtered cooking liquid and shell 2/3 of the clams
Then in the same pan put a clove of garlic with a drizzle of oil, as soon as it is golden add the grated zucchini.
After a few minutes, add the shelled clams and the cooking liquid.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain it al dente and place it in the pan with the clam and courgette dressing. sauté the pasta a minute to bind the sauce.
Serve the pasta with clams and zucchini with a sprinkle of pepper and chopped parsley and garnish the dishes with the shellfish that you had kept aside with the shell.
