Zucchini pie is a recipe that my mom used to prepare when I was little, I remember that every time she wanted to prepare zucchini pie she went crazy to find the famous American flour and kept that package of flour that came from NATO as if it were a treasure. pie was from an aunt of mine who emigrated to American and at the time my mother believed that American flour was a special flour that gave this savory pie its particular flavor when instead it is nothing but flour 0. The recipe for zucchini pie it was in cups, for convenience I also converted it into grams knowing that you would like it;)
Yesterday, as you know, I was at my friend Flavia's wedding, a beautiful wedding that really moved me, the couple promised each other eternal love, fidelity and to live together to make each other happy and I was there, next to my friend to hold her hand. How to make zucchini pie
Clean the courgettes, slice them into very thin slices and put them in a large bowl together with the finely sliced onion.
Add the flour, grated Parmesan, oil, salt, pepper and eggs
Mix everything so as to combine all the ingredients
Pour the zucchini pie mixture into a buttered baking dish and level as much as possible
