The ham and corn dumplings remind me of a little place in fuorigrotta, the murzillo, I went there just to eat these dumplings and I loved them. A few weeks ago, after passing in front of the restaurant, in full nostalgic mood, I decided to reproduce them at home using the filling I usually took, cream, ham and corn, this is the result. How to make würstel and corn Fagottini

Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center and pour the water with the dissolved yeast inside

Start working the dough, then, once all the flour has been absorbed, add the butter and salt

Knead until you get a soft and homogeneous dough. Then transfer it to a bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 2 hours

Now prepare the filling of the bundles, cutting the mozzarella, the ham and dripping the corn

Divide the dough into 8 balls

Roll out each one in a circle and stuff with corn, ham, mozzarella and cream

Close in a crescent

Seal the edges well all around

Transfer the bundles to a baking sheet, then brush them with a little milk and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °
