Pepperoni and tuna pasta recipe of 16-06-2017 [Updated on 19-06-2017]
There pasta with peppers and tuna it was a nice discovery, one of the most popular dishes of this season. Simple to make, colorful and tasty, it is prepared by making a sauce with simple ones pepperoni cooked in a pan, half of them are blended and then tuna, basil and black olives are added. The pasta is then skipped for a couple of minutes in the pan and voilà, the dish is ready to be brought to the table: P Today, however, I'm struggling with the first grapes, I have a new risotto to try and a jam, I start with the preserves for this winter, never be left without a home made jam;) Basins to those who pass by and have a good day!
How to make Pepperoni and Tuna Pasta
Wash the peppers, clean them internally and cut them into fillets (go to the guide on how to clean peppers).
In a large pan, sauté the spring onion with oil.
Then add the peppers, basil, salt and mix.
Cook until softened.
Lift half of the sauce, blend it and put the other one back in the pan.
Add the olives and the tuna and mix gently.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and drain it al dente.
Transfer it to the pan with the sauce and stir.
Your tuna and peppers pasta is ready to be served.
