How to make broccoli flan
Clean the broccoli then divide them into florets and steam them for 7/8 minutes
Then sauté them in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil
Salt and pepper
Meanwhile, in a bowl, cream the ricotta with the Parmesan, eggs, salt and pepper
As soon as the broccoli is cooked, blend it
Then add them to the ricotta and egg mixture
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture
Grease a loaf pan with oil and pour in the mixture. Level the surface with the back of a spoon, cook the flan in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
As soon as it is ready, let it cool in the off oven
