There focaccia with flour 1 is exactly what the name says: a leavened product (focaccia, in fact) prepared with only 1 flour which, being a not very refined flour, needs a lot of water, for this, as well as to obtain the type of dough I wanted, is a focaccia with 80% hydration. The ingredients are few and easy to find (now flour 1 is also found in all large supermarkets), the realization is quick and very simple, the result is really really good, so ... what are you waiting for? How to make focaccia with flour 1
Place the flour in a large bowl. In the center, pour the yeast dissolved in the water just warmed.
Start to mix, then add salt and oil and knead: you will get a soft and sticky mixture.
Pour into the pan lightly greased with oil (or lined with parchment paper) and level the surface, then cover the pan with cling film making sure it does not touch the dough and let it rise for about 2 hours.
Gently create small holes on the surface with your fingers, then sprinkle with salt and oil and bake in a preheated convection oven at 250 ° C: cook for about 20 minutes.
The focaccia with flour 1 is ready, let it cool and serve.
