The salmon puff pastry dumplings are a really tasty appetizer to bring to the table, I improvised them last Saturday by stuffing them with fresh cheese, smoked salmon and chives freshly picked from my plant and they were very much appreciated. It had been a while since I posted anything new with my beloved puff pastry and on this midweek holiday this salmon dumpling recipe falls flat, a truly delicious experiment. How to make salmon puff pastry rolls

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the smoked salmon cut into small pieces and the chives

Cut a rectangle of puff pastry into squares

On each square of pastry place a teaspoon of salmon cream, positioning it towards a corner

Close the dough on itself forming a triangle

With the tines of a fork seal the edges well, then place the salmon dumplings on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper as you go

Brush with a little milk or a beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° and cook for about twenty minutes

Allow the salmon puff pastry rolls to cool before lifting them from the pan

Place on a serving dish and serve
