Recipe Potato tart with broccoli and provolone di of 11-11-2016 [Updated on 20-02-2018]
On this cold and gloomy Friday, the potato tart with broccoli and provola is the perfect recipe to prepare today to delight the whole family. I started from the potato gateau recipe that my mom prepares, and, with the necessary customizations, I made this recipe by adding provolone and broccoli and giving the dough the shape of a tart, complete with sprigs arranged in a kind of lozenges;)
Well friends I leave you with this nice recipe, which you can also find in my book, Misya's menus in the chapter dedicated to tables with friends;)
A kiss and we'll read later.
How to make potato tart with broccoli and provolone
In a large pot, cook the potatoes for about 40 minutes in boiling water.
Once cooked, drain and mash them with a potato masher directly in a bowl.
Now add the Parmesan, eggs, milk, butter, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Then work the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Clean the broccoli and cut them into florets, then steam them for 5 minutes.
Then sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, garlic and chilli. Add salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Now roll out the potato mixture in a buttered tart pan, keeping some aside for the final decorations.
Add the broccoli and then the diced provola.
With a pastry bag decorate the surface of the tart making small tufts with the leftover dough.
Bake at 180 ° C and cook for 30 minutes or until the surface is golden.
Once ready, let it cool before serving.
