The Eggplant Sweet & Sour they are a delicious and tasty side dish of vegetables. After frying the pan-fried eggplant just add them to vinegar, sugar, salt, mint and pepper, mix everything together et-voilà, your preparation in bitter-sweet she will be ready! I began to appreciate this semi-sweet taste only a few years ago, in my home these preparations were not very fashionable and my palate was therefore not trained in these flavors. How to make sweet and sour aubergines
Wash and dry the aubergines.
First cut them into slices and then into thick strips.
In a large pan, fry the garlic in the oil.
Once fried, lift it and put the aubergines a little at a time.
Cook them until golden and transfer them to a small bowl.
Now add the sugar, salt, pepper, mint and vinegar to the still hot aubergines.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Your sweet and sour aubergines are ready.
