L'cuttlefish salad it is an easy recipe to bring to the table both as a delicious appetizer and as a main course, obviously everything is in the doses. In this version I added celery cut into chunks and walnut kernels to the cuttlefish, both of which gave a touch of originality to the dish.

How to make cuttlefish salad
Clean the cuttlefish and if you don't know how to do it, take a look at the guide by clicking here.
Prepare a broth by putting celery, peeled carrot, onion and pepper in water.
Add the cuttlefish and cook for 30 minutes.
When cooked, drain the cuttlefish and cut them into strips.
In the meantime, dice the more tender celery stalks and place them in a small bowl with the oil.
Then add the celery to the cuttlefish, add the walnuts and mix.
Your cuttlefish salad is ready to be brought to the table.
