Vegan muffins recipe by of 24-02-2016 [Updated on 24-05-2016]
Vegan muffins or egg-free, milk-free and butter-free. So do not expect the classic soft and melt-in-your-mouth muffins, but a sweet that, with all these restrictions, still manages to be greedy and satisfy the desire for sweet. THE vegan muffins they are also perfect for those on a diet and still want to indulge in a cuddle at breakfast or for those with food intolerances or simply for those who follow a diet low in animal fats. I made a rough calculation and each muffin would have crca 150 Kcal, a light dolcetto not bad I would say;) The family enjoyed the experiment, so here I am to write down the result on the pages of my blog. I leave you to the recipe and I wish you a very sweet day: *
How to make vegan muffins
In a bowl, put all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast and grated orange peel.
In another, combine soy milk, vanilla essence and oil.
Then pour the liquid ingredients into the other bowl, and mix quickly.
Then add the chocolate chips too.
Stir to distribute them evenly, then put the mixture in the muffin cups, filling them up to about 3/4 of their height.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C and cook for about 15 minutes.
Let it cool and then serve the vegan muffins.
