THE egg white muffins they are a soft sweet to prepare for any moment of the day. With a little sugar, potato starch, flour, yeast, oil, grated lemon peel and obviously egg whites, we will have the right dough to bake and then enjoy!
The recipe is perfect especially when there are some egg whites left over, which happens to me very often.
The dough on these muffins turned out fluffy, it seemed to bite into a cloud, a more than successful experiment I would say;)

How to make egg white muffins
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the oil slowly while continuing to whip.
Prepare the sugar, flour, starch, yeast and grated lemon peel separately.
Incorporate everything into the large bowl and continue working.
Once you get a thick mixture pour it into the cups.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
