In this video-recipe of lasagna rolls with cooked ham and porcini mushrooms, I will explain in a simple way how to make an "important" first course, to be served as an alternative to the classic lasagna, to bring to the table for a special occasion.


How to make lasagna rolls

To prepare them, leave dried mushrooms to soak in warm water for 20 minutes, wash and squeeze them, then sauté them in a pan where you have heated a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic. Meanwhile, boil the water in a large pot, then add salt and oil and let the lasagna sheets blanch for a minute, then recover them with the help of a slotted spoon and place them on a clean cloth to dry. Take the sheets one at a time, place them on a surface and sprinkle them with a thin layer of bechamel and one of cooked ham, then add a handful of porcini mushrooms and parmesan flakes and roll them up. At this point you can cut the rolls into 3 cm thick slices and place them in a baking dish sprinkled with a thin layer of bechamel on the bottom, then cover the swivels with the remaining béchamel. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven and serve as well.
