Recipe Pizzette of puff pastry with mussels from of 12-07-2015 [Updated on 20-11-2015]
The puff pastry pizzas are very easy and super quick to prepare, you can stuff them with your favorite ingredients, I chose cherry tomatoes and mussels to please my family who asked me for a delicious seafood appetizer! But you give free rein to your imagination and in a few minutes you will have a perfect appetizer for a buffet dinner or an aperitif with friends. My holidays are over for now, so from tomorrow I resume at full speed, but I come back full of energy and new ideas and with new exotic recipes to propose again at the first opportunity. How to make puff pastry pizzas with mussels
Clean the mussels by removing any encrustations and remove the beards then rinse them under running water (go to the guide on how to clean the mussels)
Then put them in a pan with a lid and cook until the valves have opened
Then shell them and put them in a bowl
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces
Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with a drizzle of oil, then add the tomatoes, salt and parsley and cook for a few minutes.
With a round pastry cutter Cut out circles of puff pastry
Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and stuff each pizza with a teaspoon of sauce
Place in the oven and cook for about 7 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °
Then decorate each pizza with a mussel
Serve the puff pastry pizzas hot.
