When my friend Francesca told me about a chocolate cream based on beans and cocoa, I was thrilled and bewildered ... but then, of course, curiosity got the better of me. So, after the homemade Nutella recipe, here is the one to make the bean! As a first experiment I decided to try a very simple recipe, but there are those who also add hazelnut paste for a more "nutella" taste! I also added some honey, making the recipe not suitable for vegans, but it is still a very healthy spread, perfect for a snack for young and old :) A very strange but really good chocolate cream based on beans, chocolaty to the point right and I assure you that the beans do not feel at all, but they contribute to making everything even more creamy. How to make the bean
Put the lecithin in a bowl together with the bean water (just the one that comes out of the jar!) And the honey, mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Then put the beans, cocoa, fructose, vanilla and the lecithin mixture in a blender.
Blend everything for a few minutes until you get a smooth cream.
Pass the cream obtained through the meshes of a colander.
Finally, put the beans in glass jars and refrigerate until ready for use.
