Recipe Risotto with peaches of of 07-15-2020
The risotto with peaches it is a very special summer first course that I had never tasted before ... Surely it is a particular risotto, but after having prepared risotto with apples, blueberries, strawberries and pomegranate, nothing scares me anymore and I am open to any experiment: P
So if you have heard of other strange risottos that I do not yet have on the blog, write it to me in the comments and I'll try to try others;) In the meantime, I leave you with this risotto with peaches, delicate and fruity at the right point, definitely worth trying!
How to make peach risotto
Chop the onion and sauté it in a saucepan with half the butter, then add the rice, toast it for a few minutes and blend with the wine.
Finally, start cooking, adding the hot broth a little at a time.
In the meantime, peel the peaches, remove the stone and cut them into very small cubes.
When the rice is halfway through cooking (after about 10 minutes), add the peaches.
Then finish cooking, season with salt and pepper and stir in the cheese and the rest of the butter.
The risotto with peaches is ready: let it rest for a few minutes and serve it.
