The cutlets in the oven are tasty breaded slices, ideal for those looking for a recipe with light baked chicken breast. To prepare them it takes just 5 minutes, but the times are longer if you calculate that the meat will have to soak in milk for about 2 hours. Once I tasted them I found them irresistible and, despite being cutlets without egg and not fried, the difference is not felt at all!

How to make cutlets in the oven

Dip the slices of meat in the milk with turmeric and salt.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate to rest for 2 hours.

After this time, prepare the breadcrumbs with salt and chives in a dish and mix.
Then bread the chicken breast slices drained from both sides.

Oil a baking sheet, place the meat on it.
Sprinkle with a drizzle of oil, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15/20 minutes.
