Have you ever tasted the marinated mozzarella? I, who am an estimator ofbuffalo mozzarella in all its forms, I had never tasted it this way and I didn't even know the recipe before seeing it here. Generally I usually bring mozzarella to the table as it is, being Neapolitan I have the opportunity to buy that inimitable and sincere in its flavor, so much so that it can often seem a shame to combine it with some preparation but I admit that in this way, the cherries of mozzarella turn out to be really delicious. Marinated mozzarella is obviously a second course but you can also serve it as a delicious appetizer or as finger food if you serve a couple of mozzarella in a small glass with practical forks.
How to make marinated mozzarella
Pitted the olives and drain the corn.
In a non-stick pan, toast the pine nuts and then let them cool.
Drain the mozzarella as well as possible and put it in a bowl.
Separately, add oil, garlic, chilli, salt, pepper, chopped basil and mix.
Move everything onto the mozzarella, mix and cover with cling film.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Then add the corn, pine nuts and olives and mix. Your marinated mozzarella is ready to be served on the table.
