The Cauliflower Puree it is a soft and tasty side dish, to combine with any main dish thanks to its delicate flavor. The recipe for this puree is really very simple, you just need to combine it in the pot cauliflower and potatoes (previously boiled) together with a little milk, butter and parmesan, just like you do with the classic mashed potatoes.

How to make cauliflower puree
Clean and cut the tops of the cauliflower.
Then boil it in a saucepan for about 10 minutes from boiling, drain and blend it.
Also boil the potatoes for about 40 minutes, peel them and mash them in a potato masher.
Then add them to the cabbage and add butter, Parmesan, milk and salt.
Mix the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Your cauliflower puree is ready to serve.
