Hello everyone, late but there are, and this morning with the lasagna with pesto that I prepared some time ago with the last jars of pesto that I had frozen last year, the recipe for this lasagna with pesto is very simple, just that every time I asked someone for the recipe they gave me the ingredients without the doses and I hate recipes "by eye" so I got to work trying to find the optimal doses and this is the result. How to make lasagna with pesto
Start by preparing the béchamel.
Boil the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes.
Lift them and place them on a surface covered with a cotton cloth to dry them.
Cover an ovenproof dish with a thin layer of béchamel, then place the first layer of lasagna by slightly overlapping the sheets.
Cover the pastry with a first layer of béchamel and add the pesto.
Cover with diced provola cheese and finally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Cover everything with the second layer of lasagna and add the béchamel, pesto, provola and parmesan cheese as a first step and finish with the pastry.
Finish assembling the pesto lasagna with a layer of béchamel to which you will add the pesto until it forms a cream.
Sprinkle the lasagna with the remaining Parmesan and bake.
Cook the lasagna with pesto for about 30 minutes at 190 ° or until the surface layer of bechamel is au gratin
Now remove the lasagna from the oven, allow to cool, cut into slices and serve
