Pasta with broad beans and prawns can be prepared in just over half an hour, a quick and tasty first course that you can prepare even at the last minute, as long as you have fresh beans already peeled;) To make the dish even more appetizing, I took part of the beans and blended them to obtain a cream with which I then mixed all the sauce, a few ingredients for a simple but effective first course. How to make pasta with broad beans and prawns
Brown the garlic clove in a pan with the oil.
Rinse the beans and add them to the pan.
Cook for a few minutes, then remove 2/3 of the beans and put in a mixer. Add parsley, salt, pepper, parmesan, a drizzle of oil and mix until creamy.
Add the shrimp to the pan with the remaining beans.
Season with salt and deglaze with a little wine.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and pour it into the pan with the sauce.
Add the broad bean cream and a drizzle of oil and sauté the pasta for a minute to mix everything.
Serve the Pasta with broad beans and prawns by adding fresh chopped parsley directly on the plates.
