How to make chocolate brioche pastry roses

Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center and pour the milk with the dissolved yeast, soft butter and sugar inside.

Knead until you get a soft and homogeneous dough. Then cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour and a half

Roll out the dough on a floured pastry board and cut out circles with an 8 cm round pastry cutter

Make 4 cross cuts in each circle while keeping the center intact

Brush the surface with a little melted butter and granulated sugar and place a piece of chocolate or a small egg in the center

Close the flaps as if to form a bud

Gradually place the roses obtained, I stuffed them with various types of chocolates in a mold lined with parchment paper, let them rise again for 1 hour

Then brush with a little melted butter and cover with granulated sugar then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° and cook for about 25 minutes
