How to make pumpkin and chocolate plumcake
First clean the pumpkin, cut it into slices and cook for about 1 hour (or until it is very soft) in a convection oven preheated to 180 ° C, then mash it with a fork and let it cool.
Separate the egg yolks and whites, beat the egg whites until stiff and beat the yolks with the sugar.
Add the honey, then the pumpkin, finally the flour, starch, cocoa, cinnamon, yeast and chocolate chips.
Finally, also incorporate the egg whites, stirring gently from the bottom up to keep them from disassembling.
Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and cook for about 30 minutes in a static oven preheated to 180 ° C.
