Philadelphia Bon Bon recipe by of 27-09-2007 [Updated on 13-04-2018]
Today I don't post a proper recipe but a nice way to eat crackers and Philadelphia. I read this "recipe" of philadelphia bonbons on a cooking forum, it was posted by a girl whose name I don't remember. Since I am greedy for philadelphia and I often eat it for lunch along with crackers, I wanted to try these bon bons which, if desired, could be used as a tasty appetizer together with sandwiches and olives.
How to make philadelphia Bon Bons
Crumble the packet of crackers with your hands or with a rolling pin in a sealed bag. Put the Philadelphia in a bowl, add the crumbled crackers, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper, and the sliced cooked ham.
Mix everything with a fork until the mixture is homogeneous.
Shape into balls with your hands and put them in paper cups.
Put the philadelphia bonbons in the fridge for about ten minutes.
Instead of ham you can use salami and you can add herbs, or olives cut into small pieces, do a little yourself: D
