How to make crostini with avocado and shrimp cream
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone with a spoon.

Peel and cut the avocado into small pieces before putting it in a small bowl with the spring onion, half lime juice, pepper, salt and blend.
Then add the philadelphia and continue to blend until the cream is smooth.
Once the prawns have been cleaned, brown them in a pan with oil, salt and the remaining lime juice.
Cut the slices of bread in two and toast them in a pan with a little butter.
