How to make thermomix bread
Pour the water, milk, malt, sugar and yeast kneaded for 1 minute at speed 2 and temperature 37 ° C into the thermomix jug.
Then add the flour, oil and salt and knead the dough for 3 minutes at Spiga speed.
Form the dough into a ball and let it rise in the oven for 2 hours
Take the dough again, roll it out into a rectangle
Roll up to form a cylinder.
Put the dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another hour
Cover the bread with a thick sheet of silver paper, leaving a couple of cm free. and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° for 40 minutes
Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack then bring your bread to the table
