Recipe Cucumbers stuffed with of 01-07-2015 [Updated on 18-03-2017]
These cute stuffed cucumbers are a super-light and gluten-free appetizer, but fresh, colorful, tasty and also very quick to prepare! I don't know about you, but I love cucumbers, in salads or to nibble on sticks in the pinzimonio. Prepared like this with a cheese filling I liked them.
Now my lunches are all studded with fresh and light dishes and these stuffed cucumbers I know just happened ad hoc, try the recipe and you will love them.
How to make stuffed cucumbers
Wash the cucumbers, trim them and remove the peel halfway
Now cut each cucumber into 6 cylinders
