Recipe Baked Apricots by of 06-07-2016
Baked apricots are a delicious and tasty dessert, different from the usual and quite light. Very easy to do, these stuffed apricots you can prepare them in advance, keep them in the fridge and take them out at the last moment for an original after meal that does not weigh you down on these hot summer evenings.
I chose a cheese mousse as a filling and then decorated with mint leaves and sliced almonds, so I brought to the table some sweets to eat in one bite :) If you like the idea, this is the recipe I have I used it, I found it excellent. In a while I'll also post another delicacy to do with apricots, wait for me;)
How to make stuffed baked apricots
Wash the apricots, divide them in half and remove the stones.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cook for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C in a preheated convection oven. Let it cool down well.
In a bowl, mix the philadelphia with rum and icing sugar.
Stuff the apricots with the frosting obtained.
Decorate the baked apricots stuffed with almonds and mint and serve.
