How to make the stracciatella cake
Cut the chocolate (I used it with the milk of an Easter egg, but the dark chocolate is fine too) into pieces that are not too small.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are light and fluffy.
Then add the seed oil.
Also add flour, starch and baking powder, and mix well.
Then add the vanilla and then the cream slowly, continuing to whip.
Finally add half of the chocolate and mix slowly with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Add the remaining chocolate to the surface.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in a static oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Let it cool before unmolding and serving.
