A girl who reads the forum, Andreea, intrigued me by telling me about a recipe for tiramisu with coconut and berries. Since "my husband" loves coconut and his partner has asked me several times to make a tiramisu, I have combined the two and I have prepared this unusual tiramisu for tonight, since we will be having dinner together.
Andreea and especially the creator of this recipe will forgive me for having twisted it a bit, but I assure you that the result was much appreciated because I made 2 and one has already been tested in preview by my cousin who found himself passing by here.
This coconut tiramisu recipe has a thousand qualities, it is a quick and easy recipe, it is a light recipe and also a summer one!
How to make tiramisu with coconut and berries
Pour the powdered cream into a bowl, add 300 ml of cold milk from the fridge and whisk at maximum speed for about 5 minutes.
Now add the white yogurt and 50 grams of coconut flour and mix the cream gently.
Prepare the syrup for the ladyfingers by mixing the coconut milk, milk and sugar in a bowl.
Dip the ladyfingers in the syrup on both sides with a fairly fast movement (otherwise the ladyfingers get too wet) and place the first layer of ladyfingers in a baking dish.
Pour a layer of cream over the ladyfingers and level it as much as possible. Now arrange a layer of berries.
And cover again with the coconut soaked ladyfingers.
Spread the second layer of cream and cover the tiramisu with the remaining berries.
Sprinkle the coconut and berries tiramisu with the remaining coconut flour and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
