Baked potatoes with cheese

I really didn't know what to do next to the meat, so I made these potatoes, which are very good.

  • 10 potatoes

  • paprika
  • 150 grated cheese

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked cheese potatoes:

Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins.

When they are cooked, we drain the water from them and leave them to cool so that we can peel them off.

After cleaning them, cut them in half and put them in the baking paper tray. I greased the potatoes with a little oil, seasoned them with salt, pepper and paprika, put the grated cheese on top and put them in the oven for 15 minutes.

The oven must be preheated to 180 Celsius.

The potatoes are cleaned, washed and cut into quarters or larger pieces than for straw potatoes. Put them in a pot with water and salt to boil but do not let them boil completely but only be lightly boiled because they will also be baked. Then put them in a strainer to drain the water well.

We prepare a tray in which we put enough baking paper to go a little over the edges.

Before removing the potatoes, sprinkle cheese on them and leave the tray for another 5 minutes in the oven until the cheese melts nicely.
Serve hot.
