Hello, this Sunday I propose pasta with artichoke cream and crispy bacon, a first course that I love but that I almost never prepare because Ivano hates artichokes. But when I find the right company for lunch, this is one of my favorite ways to use artichokes and I discovered that the pasta seasoned with artichoke cream is also liked by the little girl;) Friends I hope you spent a good Valentine's Day and being able to give you some more ideas in the kitchen this year too, last night at the end, after a day away from home, we had dinner with pizza, beer and Perugian kisses;) Today, given the rain, we are housewares, for the moment we are still in bed to see cartoons, so I leave you with today's recipe and I'm going to fuss with my loves. How to make pasta with artichoke cream

Clean the artichokes (see the guide)
Then cut them into wedges and put them in water and lemon for 30 minutesChop the onion and put it in the pan with the oil, then add the artichokes, add salt and cook for a few minutes.

add the parsley, cover with the broth and cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes

Blend everything with a mixer then add the Parmesan

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain when al dente and pour into the pan with the sauce.

Brown the bacon cubes in a pan

Serve the pasta with artichoke cream on plates adding chopped parsley and crispy bacon cubes
