Pizza with yogurt and berries

Unfortunately, my photographer was on vacation yesterday, when I made the recipe, and I forgot to take pictures during the preparation. : P I still post the recipe, because I find it interesting and I hope you like it too.

  • 1 puff pastry dough (1 kg),
  • 200 g Greek yogurt,
  • 400 g berries,
  • 200 g walnut kernels,
  • 200 g brown sugar,
  • 50 g grated chocolate,
  • cinnamon,
  • powdered sugar (optional).

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pizza with yogurt and berries:

Boil the berries with the brown sugar until the sugar melts, then leave to cool. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Spread the first piece with the rolling pin (not too much) and transfer to a rectangular tray, lined with baking paper. Grease the dough with Greek yogurt, in a thin layer, spread the composition of berries and sugar over it, add the walnut kernel, sprinkle with cinnamon and put in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, grate the chocolate and optionally powder with sugar. The same is done with the second piece of dough. It can be served both hot and cold, but necessarily with gusto.
