Chicken appetizer

Wash the meat and finely chop it.

We wash the greens and chop them in the same way.

We use a bowl in which we put all the chopped ingredients and spices.

Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.

Take a rectangular baking tin, grease with a little olive oil and place the two sheets of pie, leaving the edges out.

Place the meat composition over the sheets, using a spoon, and level nicely. Cover with the edges of the pie sheets, and sprinkle a little olive oil.

Put in the preheated oven and bake for about an hour, over medium heat. After it is baked, take it out of the oven, leave it for a few minutes and then turn the cake on a plate so that it does not get wet in the tray. Sprinkle a little sesame.

Let it cool completely and put it in the fridge until serving.
