Pea yellow beans with sour cream

  • 1/2 kg of yellow beans
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil
  • salt pepper
  • Paprika
  • 20 gr white flour
  • 200 ml sour cream for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves

RECIPE PREPARATION Yellow beans with sour cream:

Clean the beans and wash them very well, then break them by about 4 cm. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into smaller cubes. Heat the onion in hot oil until soft. Then add the carrot, pepper, garlic and string beans. Leave it on the right heat and mix, or shake the pan a little. Pour water to cover the vegetables, then season with salt, pepper and paprika. Let it simmer. After the vegetables are cooked, mix the flour with the cooking cream and add it to the vegetables. Leave it on the fire until it thickens a little, then sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves.
