Put the milk in a saucepan to boil, with the vanilla sugar sachets. When the milk boils, turn the heat to low and add the semolina in the rain, chewing continuously.
Let it boil for a few minutes (stirring constantly), then add honey.
Grease the forms with butter and pour the semolina in them.
Pour the semolina into shapes in the middle of the plate and garnish with what you want. We served it with cherry sauce and strawberry jam.
