For pancakes: Beat eggs with sugar, add sifted flour and gradually, gradually milk and mineral water. Mix well, well until all the lumps of flour are dissolved. Let the composition rest for 20-30 minutes, then put the baking powder, vanilla sugar and oil. Bake the pancakes in a well-heated pan.
For the cheese filling: Mix the well drained sweet cheese with the sugar, egg and vanilla sugar. Rub well with a fork until the composition until creamy. Add raisins and grated lemon peel ... I don't put it because of the children, they don't like it. Put 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each cup and roll.
Take a 26cm round tray and grease it with butter or cover it with baking paper. Place the wheel, wheel the pancakes in a spiral tray.
For the sauce: Beat the eggs together with the sugar and the vanilla sugar, then add the sour cream. Pour the sauce over the pancakes and put the tray in the oven at 190 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Method of preparation
Prepare the pancake sheets and place on a plate.
Beef cheese mix well with 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream and salt or sugar (depending on how you want them as a dessert or as an appetizer). Put a spoonful of filling on each pancake sheet, bend the ends inside and roll. Put a layer of sour cream in a heat-resistant dish, place the pancakes, sprinkle with sour cream and bake for 15 minutes. You can also grate the cheese on top to be more "colorful". I made them with cow's cheese but salted and I didn't laugh at the cheese but they were very good. Serve hot.
