As you know making braids has never been my strong point but for the love of my little girl I am doing a lot of training every day to make braids the way she likes them, which is also coming in handy in the kitchen, I braided mine sea bass fillets in no time at all haha! ;)
Well friends and friends, I leave you because this afternoon the Christmas Shower with the office guys is waiting for me and I will prepare a themed brunch for them, basins: *
How to make sea bass braids with saffron sauce
Clean the sea bass by removing the entrails, head and tail then cut them in half to obtain 2 fillets. Click here for the guide on how to fillet.
Cut both into 3 parts, leaving the top about 2 cm attached.
Then braided as if they were normal braids
Block the final part of each braid with a wooden toothpick.Transfer the sea bass in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter with the flour.
Then add the hot milk in which you have dissolved the saffron and salt and mix.
Serve the sea bass hot accompanying them with the saffron sauce.
