We present you the recipe for a delicious mayonnaise. It is cooked without eggs and is ready in just 2 minutes. From a minimal amount of ingredients you get a much more delicious homemade sauce than the commercial one. It is perfect to use in the preparation of appetizers, salads or cakes. Give up commercial mayonnaise in favor of a natural, delicious and harmless homemade sauce.


-200 ml of sunflower oil

-100 ml of milk (soy, nuts, etc & # 8230)


1. Prepare a 0.5 l jar (or a plastic jar). Pour the oil and warm milk into it (at room temperature).

2. Mix with a blender until you get a homogeneous mass.

3. Add salt, sugar, mustard and lemon juice. Stir for another 30 seconds.

Note: Do not use the mixer to prepare mayonnaise. Use only a blender.

Tahini mayonnaise

The need for these substitutes of classic dishes came with the introduction of vegan dishes in the daily menu of more and more vegetarians, but also as an alternative for fasting days. There are several variants, but this one seems to me to be quite handy and from my point of view it is also the closest in taste and consistency to the classic one.

  • Juice from a medium lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 30-50 ml of cold water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How do we prepare homemade tahini paste?

Put 50 ml of vegetable oil in a cold pan, add the sesame seeds and cook over low heat until they start to turn a golden reddish color. Mix in one, otherwise the seeds on the bottom of the pot will burn, and the ones on top will remain raw.

Pour the seeds into another cold bowl and let them cool. Add the sesame seeds in a blender and mix until you get a fine and creamy paste. If necessary and do not mix, remaining on the walls of the vessel, add the other oil.

How to prepare tahini mayonnaise:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

In a food processor put 100 g of the tahini paste obtained earlier, the rest of the ingredients and mix until you get a cream similar to mayonnaise.

Yogurt mayonnaise

I don't know if this name is the most appropriate, mayonnaise is made with raw egg, oil, salt and a little mustard, but the version below tastes the same as a mayonnaise made with oil and raw egg so I kept the name. The recipe is very simple, I assure you that you will love what is being prepared, you can replace the classic mayonnaise with this one. It is creamy, it is good!

The most important ingredient is yogurt, in the idea that it has to be Greek, it doesn't matter the fat, I used it with 2% fat, the texture is important.

I used mayonnaise with yogurt for a pasta salad but I also ate it with french fries or boiled vegetables. You can consume it with what you like, I'm sure you will like it.

Yogurt mayonnaise

  • 1 boiled egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 150ml Greek yogurt 2% fat
  • a little salt
  • optional 1 teaspoon olive oil

Put all the ingredients in a higher glass, and mix at full speed with the cream soup blender. That's it!

The soy fasting mayonnaise recipe is one of the best proofs that even those who fast or choose to follow a vegetarian diet can enjoy a lot of tasty dishes. Fasting soy mayonnaise will give the consistency of your salads for the holiday meals and will turn the usual ones into a real feast.


1 glass of soy milk
1 glass of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 boiled potato, optional

Method of preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
The resulting mayonnaise is placed in a jar with a lid and stored for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
It is ideal to add flavor and consistency to vegetable dishes.

The potato will make the fasting soy mayonnaise a little harder and more consistent, while the preparation without the potato will lead to a more frothy mayonnaise.
