The recipe for making lemon popsicles is very simple, you will only need filtered lemon juice and a sugar syrup to get a delicious and refreshing popsicle for this summer. After all, what's cooler than a lemon popsicle to taste when it's hot?
If children live in your home, you will certainly already have ice cream molds, otherwise you can buy them very easily without having to spend a lot.
Any excuse will therefore be good to prepare them and you will no longer have to worry about the many dyes and preservatives contained in those you have always bought, your popsicles will be super genuine!
How to make lemon popsicles
Prepare the syrup with water and sugar, once it has reached the boiling point, cook for about 5 minutes.
Then let it cool.
Squeeze the lemon, recover the juice and add the sugar syrup.
Grate the lemon peel (being careful to use only untreated lemons and to grate only the yellow part of the fruit) and add it too.
Now turn the ingredients well.
Pour into molds, add the stick and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Your lemon popsicles are ready to be served.
